PAL Sponsors Ventura County Police Hogs Football

For the second year running Ventura PAL is proud to announce we will be sponsoring the Ventura County Police Hogs Football Team.

The team is comprised of police officers from the Ventura Police Department, Oxnard Police Department, Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office, and officers from the California Youth Authority.

The Ventura County Police Hogs Football Team competes against other law enforcement agencies from throughout Southern California.

The Hogs will kick off their season this Saturday February 5th, 3 p.m., at Buena High School.  They will be taking on the Fontana Eagles.  The game is free to the public and proceeds form the sale of soda’s, water, and candy will go to PAL along with all sales from Hogs’ Gear (t-shirts and hats).

As the primary sponsor PAL will receive ALL proceeds from the PAL Bowl (final game of the season) to be played on March 19 at Buena High School.  Festivities begin at 5:00 p.m. and promises to be a great evening of family fun.
